Hello Anamaria, You and your son are not alone in watching a maturation process. Your problem is extremely common. Teen boys want cars, girls and fame. Trying to explain that waiting to fulfill these things is better never seems to sink into their minds, no matter what you say. My own son had to wait until he was 18 to get his license, he's a little rough around the edges. I helped him start a sales program on Ebay and later Craig's list and gmail. He sells all kinds of junk and products he buys at auctions in bulk. He saved enough money to buy his own car, and is now getting ready to start college.
Dear Brad-Dad, Mary-Mom, and Rach-teen,

I am so happy that this blog is here I am always looking for better ways to do things and I welcome every advise.

I am a mom of a 14 year old boy finishing his first year of High School. What an experience for all of us this year have been. Yes, I was expecting same changes but what we have got is a little bit more of what I was barging for.... Any how, I am blessed to have two kids and I am commited to love them. My son is one of the youngest in his class and it has been rather hard for him seeing most of his friends starting their driving lessons and being able to get summer jobs and he can not do it because he is to young. My question is: Do you know of any save way my son could work from home in the computer to help him make a little bit of money gain a sense of accomplishment using the computer in better ways than just going to my face and games???

Looking forward to hear from you
Sincerely
Anamaria
